My partner and I were quite surprised by this hotel. It was quite posh! However, there was a diverse clientele which was good to see. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a standard double room - the bed was comfy, the room clean, bath towels/toiletries were supplied and clean towels everyday! There was a kettle and different coffees/tea available which was extra handy. You just have to search the drawers for them. :) There were extra pillows and a half decent TV for those chill out moments relaxing. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - we thought it seemed a little expensive, but we didn't see portions or anything so can't really comment, except that they were busy at breakfast! The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a bar underneath the hotel called Marlows which was an excellent place to have a quiet drink. We went to a gig on the Saturday night and didn't really fancy the busy clubs - Marlows was perfect for an evening drink. Lovely seating and atmosphere to the place. This hotel was great and although it's a tiny bit pricey, I would use this hotel again. Sometimes, money doesn't matter if you're looking for a good time. My partner and I had an excellent stay - the place was easy to find, and so close to town. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: Very central; easy access to town centre, O2 Academy etc.

Liked: Staff very friendly and helpfulBathroom nice and cleanThe site mentioned limited room service but nothing was offered to me in terms of information had to leave hotel and get something to eat.
Disliked: The room was not of good cleaning standard especially at this time the walls were all stained with liquids being spilt the carpets were stained, it did not give me confidence about the rest of the place and I only slept two hours on top of covers in my clothes

Lovely, clean, well located and...

Liked: Service was exceptional, room was well located and quiet and good facilities. Man at reception extremely helpful and I could see they were getting a lot of problems from people who had not read guidelines.

Great, good value for money!

Liked: Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room smaller than I expected, I paid a bit more for the standard as I thought the compact would be too small and it still was a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. But it was just one night so it was ok if I had to stay longer and work from my room perhaps it would have felt a bit confined. Also, the shower cubicle can easily overflow if you do not watch out.
