My partner and I were quite surprised by this hotel. It was quite posh! However, there was a diverse clientele which was good to see. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a standard double room - the bed was comfy, the room clean, bath towels/toiletries were supplied and clean towels everyday! There was a kettle and different coffees/tea available which was extra handy. You just have to search the drawers for them. :) There were extra pillows and a half decent TV for those chill out moments relaxing. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - we thought it seemed a little expensive, but we didn't see portions or anything so can't really comment, except that they were busy at breakfast! The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a bar underneath the hotel called Marlows which was an excellent place to have a quiet drink. We went to a gig on the Saturday night and didn't really fancy the busy clubs - Marlows was perfect for an evening drink. Lovely seating and atmosphere to the place. This hotel was great and although it's a tiny bit pricey, I would use this hotel again. Sometimes, money doesn't matter if you're looking for a good time. My partner and I had an excellent stay - the place was easy to find, and so close to town. Would definitely recommend!

Liked: Very central; easy access to town centre, O2 Academy etc.

Don't stay here. The cash...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: When we first arrived, we immediately realised that we didn't have the cot for our youngest child that we had requested, and also one bed had sheets on it that were clearly dirty. We spoke to reception to ask for these things to be sorted out, which they said would be. We dropped off our stuff and went out for the afternoon/evening. When we returned and looked through our stuff, we found that all our bags had been rifled through and all the cash we had with us had been stolen. After reporting this to management, we were told it would be sorted out and we would be refunded the missing cash in due course. It's now three months later and despite requesting credit card details for a refund to be issued to, no money has been returned.

Friendly staff & great location.

Liked: The staff were great, helped us with accesablity and nothing was to much trouble. Love the decor and the black out curtains were very good.
Disliked: Gluten free options at the restraunt were really poor so couldn't eat there.I found the bed and the pillows to hard for me personally.
