Liked: The property's proximity to transportation and shopping is highly convenient, and the room offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere with a notably spacious bathroom.Would book again
Disliked: The current soundproofing in the rooms may be insufficient, as noise from other guests' movements is audible.But the guests were respectful to keep voices down

Liked: The hotel did the job - centrally based hotel right in the middle of Bribane. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The price of the hotel room was jacked up during state of origin - over $600 on a couple of nights. This felt like gouging to me.

Disliked: Control of temperature cannot be done. So I had to call maintenance.

Pleasant

Liked: They moved our room as soon as I mentioned how loud the room next to us was.
Disliked: The parking wasn't available and also $50 a night for parking is insane. It should be included.

Liked: Hotel room was not clean (hairclip found on the floor near bed, general dusty and musty smell. Air con could not be adjusted higher than 17 degrees

Liked: Wasn't offered breakfast. I thought it was included but nowhere on my paperwork did it say. I booked through booking. Com and thought I had booked the Pullman. Took awhile to be acknowledged at the counter. I think they thought I was with some other people.
Disliked: I booked in as my self but they had Mr on the screen and I am Mrs
