Disliked: Location was horrible, parking was a night mare, directions from staff shocking

Liked: I love its central location in Brisbane’s CBD
Disliked: The bathroom facilities in the room I had were dismal. As a plus size traveller I have never had to turn sideways to fit through a shower door, nor have I ever had to pad the toilet so said glass door doesn’t slam and smash

Liked: Room was fine and good value for money.Breakfast although very expensive was great.
Disliked: Staff on check in have a lot to be desired. Travelled from a distance to be told by valet that the car park was full after making a call to the hotel immediately after booking it online to book a spot.Then receptionist was blunt in telling me that I had not booked a space online which I knew however when I told her Id rang to book it she rolled her eyes at me as if I was lying to her, I did NOT apriciate that.Also the young guy at breakfast check in was a rude so and so as well.

Disliked: As the carpark was full we had to pay for parking ourselves, the air conditioning controller was broken & the drain in the shower kept backing up and starting to flood the floor.

Disliked: The aircon wasn’t working. No window either. Thankfully that was fixed the next morning. The toilet was leaking. The sistern would fill very noisily in the middle of the night. This was not fixed.
