Worst stay i ever had...

Liked: I could smell cigarettes in lift and corridor and room had weird smell, broken lift. Not very clean bathrooms.

Liked: Very friendly staff
Disliked: The hit water in the room was not very hot, didn’t need to use the cold water and plastic coffee cups, not good when you pay over $300 dollars for a night.

Ok staycation

Liked: Reception/foyer is nice. Admin when we arrived was lovely. When I had an issue it was resolved quickly. Great location.
Disliked: Our first room was on the first floor and had no couch, was very dusty and the view out our window was to an unkempt messy shrub. Dinner room service was almost an hour, my son almost fell asleep waiting for his dinner, bathroom was small.

Good value for money close...

Liked: The room was a good size and very clean. The queen bed was comfortable and I slept well. The room facilities were fine. It is very close to Garden City shopping centre and restaurants. It is easy to drive to as it is close to the motorway. It is possible to open the window and let fresh air in. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room rate was good value for money.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. I was there in winter and hardly used it however a visit in summer would require it to be on all the time. There was only one of the two lifts working and I was on the top floor. They really need both lifts to work.

Wasn’t the worst, but definitely...

Liked: This property is convenient with its check in and out process, and located in a great spot with plenty of parking.
Disliked: The rooms weren’t as sound proof as they say, unless there was a herd of elephants staying in the room above us… we booked a superior king room & didn’t have the sofa and were missing a bedside table?? Coupled with a cupboard door that kept falling & the piece of gum stuck to the bed head… we weren’t overly impressed…. Also we found the room service options to be quite poor also….
