Overall a lovely night. We...

Liked: Our upgrade on the room was amazing, thank you. It made our anniversary perfect! The river view was lovely and much appreciated. The staff went above and beyond for us and we can't fault them.
Disliked: The lifts weren't working so that wasn't the best when carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

It was a mixed bag....

Liked: The location was excellent as were the staff. The room was a little tired and the lift wasn't working which, of course, can't be helped. The view out of the bedroom window was abysmal. Not much you can do about that either but you should probably warn people who see images of the front of the building.
Disliked: The view. The fact that we couldn't get anything to eat at 10:30pm. Not even room service.

Liked: The staff were amazing, very polite, offered to help with my luggage as there was no lift. The room was massive and had both a bath and shower.Tea and coffee facilities were good the hotel was well placed.
Disliked: There was no working lift and i was on one of the top floors. Building work going on outside my room was incredibly loud, but that was not the hotels fault. All round good hotel though.

Liked: The location was right in the town centre
Disliked: No parking, the NCP carpark begins the hotel was extortionate so I parked nearly a mile away. The room was starting to look a bit dated, limescale on the taps in the bathroom etc

Lovely Riverside location

Liked: Room was very comfortable and the staff were very efficient at both check in and check out, the Hotel is on the Old Bristol waterfront so it is a lovely settting particularly if you were looking to go for a weekend break when this outbreak clears. Wifi was good and the hospitality tray in the room was well stocked.
Disliked: Car park is very expensive even with a validated ticket had I realised it was not part of the hotel although close to it I probably would have not booked. Sadly my room overlooked the next door car park and not the river!
