Liked: While reception staff were very supportive to guests, we also noted strong team cohesion. All acted in the same friendly, helpful way. They listened attentively & responded quickly. The attention was nice &;personal, though without becoming over-familiar.The breakfast staff were similarly cheerfully efficient &: disarmingly pleasant.
Disliked: Nothing really

Disliked: Hallways look a bit tired, dirty.Stayed in a Prestige room and there were dozens of cigarette butts outside our door/on little outdoor space

A friendly welcoming stay

Liked: I was upgraded when I checked in, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very welcoming.The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect.My shower was excellent, plenty of room and the shampoo etc smelled lovely. No fiddly little containers.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.Although my room was in a quieter part of the hotel (Mews), some of the bedroom doors were really noisy when being closed. I know that sounds petty, but I am sure a slight adjustment to the door closer could rectify this.

Disliked: The room was smelling old, was in a bad state and on saturday night the restaurant was booked for a wedding, got the impress to be in a nightclub and not in an hotel... The room was not ready at our arrival...
