Liked: Modern fixtures and decoration. Good location and easy parking. Very pleasant greeting from the reception. I didn't catch her name.
Disliked: The breakfast was a disappointment. The usual bread and pastries were standard. The cooked options was well below par. I'm sure Mr M P White would be horrified! Two girls not doing much, just stood by a table taking room numbers. I witnessed a heated exchange of words between one of the girls and I can only assume the chef, He was also just constantly eating and chewing; not professional whatsoever and very off putting! Extra napkins in a old blue plastic mushroom box and cleaning fluid and cloth next to them. I am a vegetarian, I wasn't made aware of any other options available as the girls were busy doing nothing. So I paid £15 for greasy hash brown, dried up mushrooms(not even a knob of butter on them) cold ish beans, a rubbery fried egg and coffee and toast. I'll go for a Tesco brekkie next time thanks. Management need to look into this breakfast issue as it lets the rest of a very nice hotel down. Restaurant manager needed!!
