Disliked: Poor breakfast.

Liked: Clean rooms in good town location
Disliked: The Marco Pierre White restaurant needs more staff. When we ate dinner there the poor staff were run ragged. They did the absolute best they could but it is unfair to expect them to work under such pressure

Great hotel in Bridgwater

Liked: Beautiful hotel and connected to a convenient outdoor car park. We had a spacious room for 3 with an extra sofa bed, comfortable beds and pillows and all amenities provided for. Buffet breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.The coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were very much appreciated.
Disliked: The coffee from the coffee machine offered at breakfast could have been of better quality. Water filling station in the lobby, although convenient, could have been more comfortable to use.

Disappointing predictable poor customer service

Liked: It looks fairly decent
Disliked: Bog standard poor British customer service. Absolutely no chance of caring that I'd slept in due to arriving at midnight and missed breakfast service...someone could have got a plate of something out of the kitchen (as i had paid before arriving) but as a say bog standard, it's your fault, i'm not going to go out of my way customer service.. don't expect much. Why can't we have good customer service in the UK.
