Liked: Everything was fantastic, very comfortable room, good size and very clean.Melissa on reception was amazing, the best and warmest welcome we've had in 2 weeks
Disliked: The hotel was great, only slight negative is, it is quite an uphill stroll to the station and town but at least you get your steps in!

Toilet dirty, very disappointed

Liked: A good location
Disliked: The toilet was not properly clean, that is a basic in any hotel independently of the cathegoty. We commented and they just cleaned and offered us a couple of sweets. We did not received any comment from Hotel Management. I consider do not provide a clean bathroom/toilet is improper and shameful. We expected a Management comment and show diligences to avoid repetition.

Liked: Perfect location, near the train station, very practical for a short stay. Nice room.
Disliked: A bit noisy at night (street-facing room)

Liked: Rooms lovely and clean, beds very comfortable. Very modern hotel
Disliked: It's location is just at end of port, to get to restaurants is a 5/15 min walk which is dry weather is lovely but not so much in wet weather. To go to main town there is a lot of steps and hills not good if you have a pram.
