Liked: The room was clean & tidy as was the bathroom.
Disliked: There was a smell of urine in the bathroom & the curtains were shabby in the bedroom. I was inundated with emails after booking & again after I left, all of which could have been covered in one email.

Would definitely stay there again

Liked: Staff were very nice and keen to help, it was a very comfortable stay. A little dated here and there but it isn't a big issue.

Disliked: The hotel is run down, very poorly staffed and very unclean. Breakfast was terrible. Cereals tasted like mould.

Liked: Staff. Carparkimg facilities. Location.
Disliked: My husband hit his head on the exposed shower tap (no plastic covering just exposed metal work) this cut his head and bled. The room had cobwebs and a used tissue in one of the bins. Outside the door was another cobweb with a spider lurking.Place was ok but disappointed as this is where I got married and we came back after 6 years. Seems a little run down. The building is lovely as you enter but deffo needs some TLC
