Liked: Fairly ok hotel
Disliked: So I booked a family room as I wanted a double bed and my partner and I dont sleep together due to my disabilities. I contacted the hotel to check if it was accessible to be told that you dont have accessible family rooms (disabled people do have families you know) I asked then for an accessible twin room and upon arrival was given the key for a double room with the dirtiest most awful sofa bed. There was no way my partner was going to sleep on that so I asked to be moved. The room we were moved to was fine but it wasnt an accessible shower. All hotels should have walk in showers for everyone then there would not be an issue

Liked: The properly was dirty, there was hair in the room. Mouldy bathroom with things falling apart
Disliked: Cleanliness - very poor

Stop, stay, and go ...

Liked: Great location for easily accessing various places in the area and in a calm environment, we benefited from a perfect match. The rooms were comfortable, checking in and out easy with friendly staff. Most appreciated the coffee/tea machine in the room!

Disappointed

Liked: I liked that it has free parking
Disliked: So I stayed in room 122, the toilet was blocked. So every time we flushed the water came up and filled the bowl up, the sink has cracks. No body wash so I couldn’t have a shower. The whistling noise came through the window. Above the shower head there was a crack. The bathroom looked manky. The tv had no Netflix or smart services and could only watch basic channels. It’s very disappointing
