Liked: Staff were wonderful couldn't do enough for you and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty
Disliked: Hotel was a little tired, bath was dirty. Not enough staff and the ones there were were extremely busy and doing several jobs therefore taking grief fromm guests unhappy to wait

Liked: The exterior of the hotel is fantastic, the end!
Disliked: Parking signs/tariffs are the welcome to the hotel, needless to say its an immediate negative. Several hotel guests were wondering whether to pay before they checked in. Staff are there to be paid, that's it, so the effort matches. A lady complained about the barman, I agreed with her, zero manners. White walls poorly painted. Bar, meh. But no menus on the tables or any indication of food on offer, so I ordered a pizza delivery. A small sign in the room stating they have the highest cleanliness standards, see pictures. The staff door around the back, BANG, BANG, BANG all night. If the owners watched ALL of the Ramsey's kitchen/hotel nightmares series then this would be a very well respected hotel.

Liked: Nice building . Free parking convinient location
Disliked: Little dated . We paid for dinner bed and breakfast. We didn’t make it to dinner as our plans changed the breakfast was ok a little dry. Our room was by the bypass and had to have window open as the room was red hot. . Staff didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay or why we didn’t have dinner.

Very good in every way...

Liked: Staff nice and helpful, if there was a problem they fixed it promptly. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Nothing
