Liked: The room was clean. Receptionist was lovely.
Disliked: Room very tired.very noisy due to bypass as there is no double glazing. Bathroom needs updating.Broken tiles. Marks on carpet. No teabags upon arrival.no phone to reception. Room and windows need redecorating.Pillows we're very hard. Light not working

Liked: Great parking and location and good value.
Disliked: Toilet in room wasn’t as clean as expected behind and under the toilet seat should have been cleaner. Some more comfy seating in the bar area would be good.
