Superb
Liked: Staff were really helpful. The pool area and staff at the pool were really good.Lovely room. Good air conditioning, nice bath and shower.

Fabulous location and grounds, perfect...
Liked: Everything! The grounds are lovely, the pool is fabulous and the rooms clean and spacious. The team are all very friendly too
Disliked: Nothing not to like! If I had to critic one thing it would be the cooked breakfast ingredients. They didnt appear to be the best quality ingredients but I could be wrong. The hash browns weren’t crunchy at all, however the continental offering was fabulous! Lots of choice and fresh in season fruit. Very nice

Just so disappointing and very...
Disliked: The room was advertised as having air conditioning - it did not.There was an air cooling machine which was not working properly when we arrived in our room. It was totally inadequate and made for a very uncomfortable stay especially with old sash windows that opened very little, on the hottest day of the year with afternoon sun on our room. Although we were promised that someone would come to look at it, no one came.The TV not work. 2 visits from maintainance and a promised 3rd visit which did not happen. Receptionist came to look - new cable needed, but would not be available until the following morning! Offered to change rooms but couldn't say if the room would be cooler and repeated it was smaller. Suggested I cast from my mobile device to the TV!Shower over bath. No mat to help with safety and no handrail to help with getting in and out. Only handrail was near shower head end.Disappointing breakfast, and no explanation offered e.g. only eggs available were scrambled - were fried eggs avaliable to order? Not sure how long the hash browns had sat there getting soggy

Excellent, very good value.
Liked: Love the location, the room, the air con.They gave us extra of the things we used, eg. English breakfast tea bags. Very clean room.
Disliked: The bedside lamp is too bright. No plug point for charging phone beside the bed.
