Liked: Excellent buffet breakfast very pleasant helpful staffLovely room comfy beds house keeping spot on Tea coffee biscuits complimentary
Disliked: Only ! Complaint very high bath to step into as my sister had stroke one leg doesn’t lift high enough

Liked: After complaining , we were given complimentary drinks by the manager Our room was nice & the dining room was lovely
Disliked: The pool was closed , this was not mentioned on the website , although it was apparently mentioned on booking.com. I could not see this . The website states check in at 2pm yet booking.com states 3pm ( it is 3pm ) When I mentioned the website seemed not to be updated it was noted , that this was in transition I asked for use of Sun loungers , this was not possible as the pool was under lock & key & now going to be run by a third party provider Planters were empty , and the outside chairs had bird excrement on them
