Liked: easy location to train station
Disliked: Some rooms have windows only in the ceiling, be aware. I got this type of room and its quit claustrophobic- only walls around your bed.But i asked to change the room and got one with normal window.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the location just in front of the train station; the breakfast was perfect, there were many sweet and salty choices; I had dinner at the restaurant and it was really god, waiters super friendly and cosy atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: Great location near the rail way station if you plan to travel further or you have a lot of luggage, my room was spacious and very quiet
Disliked: I stayed just for the night and All was good

Great location near gare and...

Liked: The proximity to the train station and to brasseries. We arrived around 9 pm and were thankful to still be able to have dinner and drinks nearby. Happily, the neighborhood isn't seedy like you would expect near a train station. Bordeaux is pretty chill. The front desk folks were young and super friendly!
