Disliked: No amenities were provided in the room unless upon request. Even then, there is no cotton wool, body lotion.The cleaner is the bathroom is all in one- hand, body & hair

Good hotel for a short...

Liked: Comfortable big bed and a well appointed bathroom.Really pleased that the windows opened unlike many other hotels! Staff were helpful, friendly and professional.
Disliked: Insufficient storage, the wardrobe was large which was good but there was no drawer storage.

Horrible Experience

Liked: Not much. It had a grocery store nearby
Disliked: Although they list air conditioning as an amenity, they do not have it turned on. The room was beyond stuff and the only source of ventilation is a small window. They should have listed that so that customers do not book this hotel if air conditioning is required. In addition, there is a small fridge in the room yet it is not turned on. You have to ask for it to be turned on. Overall, a horrible stay and I could not book another hotel. Their only resolution was a ticket for a free drink and a fan blowing hot air.

Disliked: The rooms and facilities are old-fashioned and worn. Facilities need updating, not five star level.

Disliked: A/C was not working and surroundings were too noisy to open the window. I asked for it to be looked at twice but nobody came.
