Liked: The hotel is ok, The bed was comfortable and the room itself is roomy. There was a tall man on reception who was very friendly and helpful and gave us advice about Bordeaux. The location of the hotel is good and is only a short walk to the tram stop. Very handy to the attractions.
Disliked: The hotel is well used by tour groups and quite obvious the wear and tear on the furnishings and facilities are tired. The shower is in a deep bath and is quite hard to step into.

Good and Comfortable Hotel in...

Liked: The location was good. It was easy to reach by car and leave it in a parking garage close by. Shops, restaurants, attractions are within walking distance. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff with friendly, esp. Gabrielle at the front desk. She provided us with a map and recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The breakfast (buffet style) was really excellent: great variety, good quality, clean and fresh.
Disliked: The hotel is ageing and would benefit from new carpets and a new coat of paint.
