Liked: Staff brilliant all of them ( actually the main lady behind the bar could smile now and again) rooms great.
Disliked: Price, I known its Bordeaux but its a heavy price for what is 'out or town' they say is central but its not

Liked: Proximity to the train station and city train was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no plug in for a curling iron in the bathroom. No where to put our luggage except the floor. The last time we stayed in a room here it had a spot for your luggage to be opened up. We did not have the large breakfast offered, Would be nice if they offered an option of a coffee and croissant for those who just want a light breakfast.

Liked: I like that they upgraded us, so we had a lovely balcony in room 408. The breakfast, was alright and nice seating area inside and outside.

Great stay in excellent location.

Liked: Good selection of food at breakfast and an excellent location being minutes from the tea station so was to walk there. Also, the tram stop was right outside the hotel so it was easy to get to the city centre and generally around the city.

Liked: Great location and the staff was lovely.
Disliked: We had a toilet that didn’t work and it took almost two days to get someone there to fix it. Granted it was a weekend, but we should have been offered a new room (according to the person at the desk, they were sold out). We were not even offered a voucher for a future visit or a reduction in what we paid.
