Liked: Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. We arrived on bikes and could store them I our room.

Liked: Good breakfast selection, spacious eating area, good ventilation.Comfortable bed, good quality mattress
Disliked: Decor beginning to look a bit “tired” but excellent standard of cleanliness in rooms and common areas.

Disliked: The hotel is accommodating long term family's with stupid ass dogs in the rooms. I will never book here again, plus shower broken no staff on the desk

Disliked: Generally worn and in need of an update. Main problem: I was put in a ground floor room looking into the car park with no privacy glass or net curtain, and no safety lock allowing me to open my window without the risk of someone coming in. That meant I had to keep my curtains shut and window closed throughout my stay. Very poor

Needs a complete rethink

Liked: The woman service breakfast was warm and welcoming and the only good thing about the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is tatty - inside and out. It is difficult to imagine a Georgian hotel with no character, but this is it. The room I stayed in was bland and needs a complete update. The room and corridors are dingy and depressing.
