Good hotel with spacious communal...

Liked: We had a large room with a big bed which was really comfy. Bath as well as shower in bathroom. Good lighting (so many hotels are too dark). The breakfast was quite good. Lobby is spacious. Pleasant and helpful staff. Indoor pool and sauna looked good (though we did not use it).
Disliked: Very poor wi-fi in our room (782). No plug sockets next to the bed. Poor water pressure in the shower. Lift broken so we had to climb 2 flights of stairs (thankfully a member of staff helped us with our luggage).

Great

Liked: Lovely clean hotel with the added bonus of a decent gym by hotel standards in the basement. Also has a good sized swimming pool. Staff are very helpful

A few blips but we...

Liked: We love this hotel as we got married there, 14 yrs ago! The staff are so friendly & helpful!
Disliked: The lift was not working which was a big issue as my husband is disabled, but staff members assisted with luggage & assisted throughout the stay.
