Disliked: Tired and tacky in need of a makeover there were marks on furniture the duvet was filthy the duvet cover was torn I actually felt dirty after staying

Liked: Have stayed here several times. Location is great for us & the staff are all lovely. I would say, though, that it needs a bit of money spending on it. While the public areas are great, the rooms are dated & there are quite a few scuffs in the walls. They have increased their selection of gluten free options on the menu, which was greatly appreciated by us. Parking is fabulous - lots of spaces. And if you are lucky enough to have a room at the back, there are fabulous views. We will be back

Liked: We found the staff very friendly and helpful, from house keeping to the reception desk, one in particular was Bruna who not only helpful but very informative about the surrounding area.
