Great value for money

Liked: Good room. Clean and comfortable. No issues here.
Disliked: The bar was closed upon arrival, it said open till late but then I noticed it closes at 11pm. That’s not open late. Very disappointing there was nowhere to get a drink after 11pm. Surely a hotel bar can be open until 12 or 1am at least.

Great stay, great location, friendly...

Liked: Easy check in, staff were always friendly on the front desk. We also liked the fact extra coffee sachets for the room were provided at Reception. Good location as easy walk to Kenrick Park tram stop to get the tram towards Town Hall. Breakfast, we saw no fried eggs at the buffet area, we asked if fried eggs were available and the kitchen made them fresh for us - no issues at all. Wellness facilities, very good, one of the strongest saunas for heat we have experienced.
Disliked: Men's changing room in the wellness area could do with an upgrade and a deep clean, but it didn't put us off from having a good time.

Cheap but nice hotel

Liked: Very clean room. Very cheap. Access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym included prices. Nice breakfast.
