Unpleasant and I was con...

Liked: Dear team,I never stayed in the hotel as there was a faulty heater (it did not have a regulator, it could not be turned off) The room was at a high temperature which was extremely unhealthy and my partner is asthmatic. we were then offered a dirty twin room. We were missed lead that a refund would be done. I received an email from the reception manager lacking compassion of the situation not even bothered to apologise and dismissed all the points I raised . Then the general manager sent me an email apologising but not wanting to refund the amount. I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. So unprofessional and unacceptable at all levels. I have the proof of the emails I sent and how the situation has been handle. They are trying to put me off so I don?t get the refund back and are clearly happy to take money from clients and advertising a faulty room and upon complaining, they pretend to look for a tool to fix the issue, but there isn?t really anything to fix the issue at all. They clearly don?t audit the rooms. Unprofessional and worst service I?ve ever experience. The purpose for the trip was for a family event, yet I ended up driving from London to Bham and then having to find an alternative place to stay and having my money taken away for a service that I didn?t even use.
Disliked: Unprofessional staff. The lack compassion and understanding abs are happy to con clients by advertising a faulty room and charging a full amount even though we didn?t stay. They lack understanding and dismiss the whole experience that we had. We spent Petrol to supposedly stay in the hotel, but ended up having to find an alternative.

Liked: Helpful but slightly stretched staff who were helpful and friendly. Had a good nights sleep in comfortable and warm room
Disliked: What seemed to be temporary reception area, with staff having to deal with IT issues at the time. Am sure that this will improve
