Liked: The staff went above and beyond, they were absolutely amazing
Disliked: The room I stayed in was not the one booked originally. It was a little small and we had problems with our room key cards. They didn't work properly and had to be charged twice

It was okay

Liked: The hotel was in a good location and central to all the shops. Some staff were amazing and very helpful.
Disliked: The room was dusty, cobwebs on light shades. Some staff were rude and not helpful. Bar never seemed to have enough change if payed by cash!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was a lovely size. Location was excellent. Views were great. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.Beautiful walks
Disliked: Room could do with more drawers to put clothes away in.Bathroom needed more shelving to put toiletries on.Shower head was fixed from ceiling and would have been nice to have one attached to wall so you could move it to avoid getting hair wet

Liked: Breakfast was absolutely amazing, lovely sized room with a view of the river, lovely comfortable bed and a lovely bath in the bathroom great shower also.Extremely polite staff
Disliked: The room smelt terrible of dampness as soon as you entered, ( can't see how its never been reported ) the room opposite must have been smoking weed in their room as the whole corridor reaked of cannabis coming from their room.Although the hotel was clean it's very dated and grubby
