Outward apperance is deceiving, Clean...

Liked: Large twin room with all modern facilities. Breakfast was good with a range of options. location is very central and in a good area of Bedford. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel decor on the inside and in the rooms is of a good modern standard, unlike the outside appearance, this is one hotel that could do with some cladding.
Disliked: From the outside the Hotel looks like a soviet era tower block, something you would find in Chernobyl, could put some visitors off. Smokers standing at the front entrance on a lot of occasions as we entered the hotel.

Good, I would recommend it.

Liked: The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was great for what I needed it to be. I was looking forward for coffee and that was accessible. The room was clean and temperature wonderful, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: You could easily hear the neighbours coming in, the sound created by the wind and the single glazed window. I would have preferred that windows were clean on the outside as well. I did not appreciate the drunk customer that pressed the fire alarm at 1:10am.

Liked: Breakfast was a bit sad but OK. The hot food had been sitting out for a while but I still ate it
Disliked: A wedding guest had set off the fire alarm at 1:15 am which was a bit scary. But I whats apped reception and was reassured immediately.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, plenty of space and well serviced every day. Breakfast was very good, great choice and very good latte from the machine.
Disliked: I object to paying extra to park my car especially when the car park surface was less than satisfactory and there were no EV charging facilities. we have previously stayed at the Priory Bedford where car parking is included with the room.
