Passable

Liked: It's close to everything large room staff were great
Disliked: The bedding had to be change the doors were dirty I had to clean my self toilet seat didn't fit the loo and could've had instructions

Good location but not this...

Liked: Location was perfect. Central, close to everything you need. View is really a great plus. Loved the breakfast too!
Disliked: It was super cold in the room, freezing. Even with the AC on, on heating mode. The room wasn’t too clean. I was deceived by noticing pubic hair everywhere in the toilet and on the room carpet. Additionally, you cannot enjoy your sleep. Starting 9.30 the cleaning person is closing aggressively the doors. Too noisy.

Liked: The view from the restaurant. Our room had the horrible view the roof . Did state river view

I seriously thought about not...

Liked: I had to change rooms because the double lock didn't work. The rooms have reverse cycle Aircon but you can't control from your room, you have to WhatsApp reception to set controls so if you want it turned up or down, you have to ask them! The bathroom mirror light overheated and blew. The shower screen was not fixed properly so very dangerous getting out of the bath plus it wasn't flush at the base so the whole bathroom floor flooded. It all looked tired and a bit grotty tiling. Bed comfy, big TV, nice lighting in bed area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind but they are dealing with a rundown facility and trying to do their best with situations not of their making.
