Set on 3 hectares of manicured gardens alongside an ornamental lake the 4-star Mercure Ballarat Hotel & Convention Center features an outdoor swimming pool a bistro bar and a lounge bar. Guests also have a fitness center and a day spa to enjoy. Mercure Ballarat is located opposite the multi-award winning Sovereign Hill. It is just 5 minutes' drive from the historic center of Ballarat. Ballarat Golf Course is 13 minutes' drive away. The property is 75 minutes' drive from Melbourne city. Guests can enjoy the Azzuri restaurant or relax with a massage or treatment at the on-site day spa.The lounge bar offers a selection of wine and beer. All rooms are located on the ground floor and offer garden views. Each room has an LCD TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All accommodations includes free onsite parking. Free WiFi is provided. This is the third time...

Liked: I was staying at Mercure after visiting Sovereign Hill winter wonderland. The location is perfect and across the road! I love the vintage furniture and the enormous bathroom! There were a lot of new movies available for free to watch but sadly I wasn’t staying there just for the movies!
Disliked: The mattress has aged and probably needs to be replaced.
