Poor

Liked: Breakfast was satisfactory but I have had better at Premier Inn.The beds were very comfortable.Bar staff were very good
Disliked: The door to the room was difficult to open as it was binding on the carpet.The handle to the bathroom door was wonky There was no room between the twin bedsTo get into the right hand bed my wife had to crawl the length of the bed as there was no room on either side. I am disabled and used the other bed.

Liked: I booked this stay on the 6th January to stop for one night on the 27th when we got there they had double booked us and we were on motorbikes and no where to stop for the night, not impressed.
Disliked: They did find somewhere to stop for us to stop but this is not the point we had traveled miles on motorbikes through the wind and rain and did not need any hassle when we arrived, totally gutted with it all.

Disliked: Got charged per bike for parking after a telephone call in the week saying parking was free for bike's up the side chained to the railings for security.

Disliked: Rooms very dated and very hot - think more hostel than superior rooms. Very old and dated, windows hardly open, had room door open to try and get a breeze through - not ideal!
