There should be drinking water...

Liked: The black guy at the reception in the night shift was rude, sarcastic and acting very cocky! As a receptionist he should be very friendly and easy to talk to. I asked for to borrow an adapter he said you have to buy one for 12 euros when i said thats a bit expensive he started arguing and telling me that people in my country does the same with tourists so i shouldn’t complain! Thats a very silly thing to say to a customer. He could have simply said its the hotel policy rather than starting an argument with me about how tourists are treated in the UK. Anyway, i bought the adapter and said thanks instead of saying thanks back or welcome he stared at me and said OKAY! very disappointed with his behaviour customer service.
