Liked: The staff were really nice and friendly
Disliked: The queen bed was more like a double. The rooms are old and need major upgrades. The was some moldy type smalls. We stood at the breakfast counter for 15 minutes before someone came to serve us.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Not clean enough! Room was not serviced on 2nd day! The cleaners emptied the bin and that was all. Only got towels when asked. The girl on reception upon check in (who also helped with the towels) was lovely but other staff just made excuses. Not good enough.

Disliked: Was given garlic dusted chicken despite kitchen being told twice of my severe allergy and the meal already being returned as had dressing with garlic which caused bad symptoms. Rubber type pillows not comfortable and water too hot in shower and to cool down shower then too powerful on body.

Liked: Breakfast was very tasty.Would of preferred a breakfast bar to serve ourselves.
Disliked: Noisy room we could hear the tv next door and people walking through the corridors.There was a mechanical noise in the room that couldn’t be located.Cockroach in the bathroom.
