Liked: Saff very professional, helpful and friendly. On checking-in, receptionist Lalin was exceptional, a real ambassador for the hotel. Room was nice, clean with a great view of Union Terrace Gardens. The breakfast was great - wide selection, freshly cooked and well presented.
Disliked: On arrival, the room was quite hot, but not surprising given that it's a traditional granite building with no A/C, and the weather was exceptionally warm. However, a quiet modern fan was provided, which helped greatly.

Disliked: It would have been better if the waffles for breakfast could have been heated.
