Liked: Nice room, lovely staff.
Disliked: The noise from the nearby night club kept me awake until 3 in the morning.When we arrived back to the hotel, around midnight, the bar was shut! Other guests were arriving back at the same time and we all said that it would have been nice to have a drink at the end of the night.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible. Not enough staff. The food was cold and no staff and had to wait ages for coffee

Central but needs updating

Liked: Central for shopping and theatre and music hall
Disliked: Nice on the outside but very dated inside. Worn carpet on stairs really noisy floorboards in room with outdated furniture. The window in room was frosted so quite clostraphobic with no view. Platerboard on walls were badly dented and above shower in bathroom had blistered badly. The staff very friendly and welcoming. In need of some major updating. Our first time staying but would not consider another stay sorry.....

Liked: Close to the theatre and city centre.Very clean and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: At 2am the noise of glass being put into bin was terrible .
