Exceptional in all aspects, customer...

Liked: We loved absolutely everything. The room, the spa and pool facilities, food and above all the staff. Ben, the manager, was just exceptional, the best customer service we received in whole Cornwall. And his leadership was very visible in all his staff, every single person we interacted with was fantastic. Exceptional customer service, we will for sure be back next year and will not bother looking for another hotel.👍👍👍

A good base.we didn’t use...

Liked: When got it ,it was good.
Disliked: Having to put up a £50 bond,never been asked to do this before in any hotel we’ve stayed in.then apparently having to wait a few days to have put back into our account.no senior management at breakfast,which was very slow wait 30/40 mins after we ordered.also first time using a premier inn style check in and out.4* hotel should in my view have a reception.
