Liked: Location was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.hotel and Room were freshly renovated beds extremely comfortable. Totally recommend this place!
Disliked: Dinner. The appetizers were ok but the steak dinner was bland. No veggies only steak and fries. For $32! And the buttermilk chicken over cooked also only with fries. $25! Need to offer some veggies with these meals.

Disliked: The place was not cleaned properly, there were stale chocolates on the floor that were not cleaned, music was on at their restaurant downstairs until 1.30 in the morning. The toilet was broken and continued flowing until morning disturbing our sleep all night. I had to open the contraption myself because no reception was available. The insides were filthy and made me throw up. (Pictures attached) We tried to make some tea, there was no kettle and my request via voicemail askiing for a kettle went on deff ears. (No reception was available to ask in person). The wait staff at the restaurant below were also the makeshift receptionists. We tried to make a coffee with the coffee machine and it was filthy (Pictures Attached). We could not even think of making coffees. I complained to the manager. He came over and I showed him the issues, he oblidged. Cleaned the coffee machine. Got the kettle and said the toilet was fixed. However in the evening when we returned, I almost tripped on the chocolate on the floor, the toilet broke again at night and the music went on to 1 am. On top of that they over charged and insisted that I had to pay an extra day , for what I have no idea. I told them I had paid in full. I had to throw a fit, show them the reciept and tell them I would complaint on social media, before they said that they would refund the money. If anything they should have refunded me the money, after my horrible experiences, any dignified establishment would have done that. We pay hotel rates for comforts and luxuries, not mediocre, sub standard and might I say rude establishments.
