Exceptional

Liked: Staff were helpful and carried our luggage up to our room.
Disliked: Parking required a fair walk uphill then up a long flight of stairs to the room. No elevator but we knew this ahead of time. On-site Restaurant menu was not typical pub/bar fair but the restaurant across the street was very good.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: Great location! Our room was spacious, clean & nicely appointed. We appreciated the attention to detail & the decor. Staff were very pleasant & friendly, a special shout out to Brooke for her attentiveness. We will definitely return!

Would stay with you again....

Liked: No. Not big breakfast people. Did have dinner there and it was great.

Pleasant but the lack of...

Liked: The location was walking distance to theaters and, so, well suited to my purpose in visiting Stratford.
Disliked: Food options were limited and expensive. Facility was obviously quite old and walking up narrow stairs to a narrow dimly lit corridor seems inapposite in an expensive venue such as this.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: If you are planning on going to bed before midnight forget it! Room was exceptionally warm and wouldn’t cool down.

Excellent stay at the Mercer.

Liked: Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was plenty spacious enough and had everything we needed. Food at the restaurant was all delicious - we ate dinner and breakfast there. The location is perfect for all things Stratford. We walked to most of our events and cycled easily around some scenic paths and areas of interest.
