Could not be happier

Liked: Although there was no lift the staff carried my bags to the room. The shared bathroom was clean and plenty of them. The Bistro for dinner had wonderful steak. Close proximity to Circular Quay and closer to O'seas Passenger Terminal
Disliked: Nothing. It was all that was advertised for such an old historic hotel

Liked: The Hotel atmosphere was welcoming and being able to get something from the Bar and bistro in the same place was amazing. The staff were helpful and easy to check in with. Beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Hotel charm and historical photos made it feels like you were staying in history
Disliked: The bathrooms on the level don't have baths just showers and toilets. For its location the windows don't really do the location justice. The verandah should be more accessible for patrons to enjoy the location better.

Liked: Location, meal
Disliked: Mould in room, extensive mould in bathroom, coffee sachets out of date, cracks in ceiling, plaster falling of walls, dangerous and difficult stairs especially if elderly and with luggage

Great value for one’s dollar!

Liked: Basic room but clean and choice of 3 shared bathrooms. Food (&beer) were excellent
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was a little noisy
