Will definitely stay here again...

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: The breakfast room was a touch cramped with little room to move or get to your seats. Also the bar closed at 10.30 every evening.

Disliked: To hot staff didn't go out of way to help front desk wouldn't answer when called

Liked: Was on the cheaper side as a last minute room for the night. Pool was a bonus but had to pay for it on top
Disliked: Staff were quite short, went down for dinner and they said it would be at least an hour wait as they had a group of 10 golfers to sort. So we got a takeaway as we had seen several other guests had done so.

Liked: We had a wedding there staff was not good at checking no information given about breakfast times or where it is served lots of mistakes with wedding reception food and wine which was preordered staff could be a lit more pkeasentWould not recommend a wedding there

Liked: Room was really spacious with 2 large double beds. Good pillows and comfy quilts.Hairdryer, toiletries, iron, 2 fans... The room had everything you need.
Disliked: The staff were rude, no eye contact from check in staff and we were not offered breakfast but knew on booking. Com breakwast was priced at £12.50 per person. When we went to the dining room for breakfast the next morning the lady seating people was rude and short telling us we weren't booked for breakfast (we knew this) and then said it was £16.95 each for breakfast. We tried to show our booking with the price but she did not want to hear us, looking over us at the next customers.Before we arrived we had e mailed the hotel twice for assistance and no response at all.Curtains were stained.We usually love staying here so to say we were dissapointed is an understatement.
