Lovely stay very relaxing!

Liked: Lovely building and fabulous spa.. very friendly staff
Disliked: A little bit dated in parts, rooms clean but you could see behind the desk and tv wasn’t touched

Clean and comfy but needed...

Liked: I liked that I had ignored all the bad reviews and stayed there anyway because it was really nice!
Disliked: The room was a bit tired and could do with an update so for that reason I think it was overpriced!

The worse stay I have...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The whole stay was not bad. Issue with room, chipped dated furniture, table over looking a court yard which was a complete mess. After staying there found out that Britiana Hotels are rated as the worse hotel chain in the UK by the telegraph for the last 11 years running.
