Disliked: The shower tub filled with water and didn’t clear, the chair in the room was ripped and worn as was the mattress, the ceiling needs painting, lackage of plugs

Liked: Location is good. Not too far from Madrid and a shop nearby. Staff is nice.
Disliked: Smoke sent in the room. No pressure on the shower. Relatively cold room and the only heating system is air-conditioning with causes the air to be dry. No wall outlet next to the bed. The rooms distribution in the hotel is messy, you can easily get lost when looking for your room.I had the noise from the nearby rooms and from a disco/party outside until 5 am on the Saturday night. My bed was vibrating from the bass noise...
