Liked: Adequate room. Property chosen mainly for parking.
Disliked: Description mentioned features that were not available in the room. Our view ended up offering a view of the car park.

Liked: Opted for an upgrade to an Executive room which was well worth the extra charge. Spacious with air conditioning. Recently renovated.

Good location but was expensive...

Liked: The location is very close to the city, the room was very spacious and the staff were lovely! The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The drainage wasn’t very good in the shower, two of the lights weren’t working beside the bed so it meant we had to get up to turn off the main light each time, the hair dryer didn’t work in the room which was annoying. It would have been nice to have had a mini fridge in the room to keep bottled water cold and milk. We got room service of nachos which weren’t fresh and seemed to have been heated up in a microwave which was disappointing for the price.
