Disliked: I’m writing this review with deep frustration and sadness. During my recent stay at Memphis Hotel frankfurt my watch the one I valued the most, both emotionally and personally was stolen from my room.This wasn’t just any watch. It held sentimental value and was something I wore every day. Losing it was more than just losing an item it felt like losing a part of my personal history.What made things worse was the hotel’s response: unhelpful, indifferent, and completely lacking in responsibility. There was no proper investigation, no apology, and no action taken to make me feel secure or supported. I was left with nothing but disappointment and a sense of violation.A hotel should protect its guests and their belongings. This one failed miserably.I strongly urge others to think twice before booking here. If you do, guard your valuables with your life or better yet, find another place to stay. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
