Great place to stay..

Great value for money stay...

Liked: The Scottish breakfast was lovely... Our stay was a one night stop-over, so we didn't really get chance to explore the location... The staff were really attentive.. Thank you for a great stay.
Disliked: The only criticism which is probably no fault of the hotel.. Most of the TV channels weren't working fully.

Lovely stopping point on North...

Liked: Location was great. Lovely views, nice gardens. Bar & restaurant great. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Rooms a bit small, no facility to hang clothes! Shower awkward to use, small cubicle.

Really great accomodation in a...

Liked: Hotel really friendly, and very accommodating for the stay there with our two dogs. All of the staff we came into contact with were so helpful. The room was bright and clean with nice decor. Both evening meal and breakfast were lovely. A great hotel in a beautiful location on the NC500 route - would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough to help. . Food good in the restaurant, steaks, home made pizza and burgers with vegi options. Comfortable if deserted residents lounge.Several vintage guest registers dating back to the 1930's.
Disliked: Rooms not acessable, stairs both up and down.Shower flodded as it didn't drain very well.

Jus one word could sum...

Liked: Great food, breakfast and diner!!Cosy room with plenty of space! Lovely garden.Friendly and helpfull staff! Everything went smoothly!
Disliked: The only minor thing was that I didn't find it so easily, but that's probably more an error of my gps.Because once I got close to the hotel it was super easy to find.
