Liked: The room was spacious and fairly clean. The heating was good and the fridge wasn't noisy. There was no smoking which was a blessing.
Disliked: The spa bath had a very dirty stain in the bottom and didn't drain properly when using the shower. There was dirty water pooling. There was no electric blanket on the bed. The toilet was continually running. The milk in the fridge was already out of date.

Liked: The property, while dated was clean and situated off the main road. The staff we encountered were very friendly and chatty.

Liked: Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. The team were great about meeting all of my dad's needs and went out of their way to make his stay easier and more comfortable.The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and cozy even though it was cold outside during the mid winter stay. Dad was exceptionally complimentary about the room and the staff in particular.
Disliked: No complaints, not even little things.
