Good location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Friendly and helpfull staff, good location with waking distance to main streets of the french quarter.
Disliked: Breakfast was nothing special, but then there is lots of great food to be had in the french quarter so who wants to eat at the hotell.

Liked: Excellent location between the French Quarter and Frenchmen street. Very nice swimming pool.
Disliked: The bathroom needs serious renovation as water was leaking out of the shower and a bad odour was coming from the drains. The breakfast included was very basic (bagels to warm up and some fruit). The included parking is charged a significant amount and we were told that there is no street or public parking, to later find out that street parking one block away is free.

Wonderful gem of a hotel

Liked: Staff were super helpful and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was really enjoyable and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and clean, and the pool and terrace were just an extra bonus.Extras such as complimentary snacks and coffee made it even more user friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler....

Liked: The location was perfect. On the edge of the French Quarter it is an easy walk into the middle of the revelry. Yet be in a quiet neighborhood with several nice restaurants and a good convenience store in walking distance. Beautiful homes to view along the way. A large room with a very comfortable bed. Extremely nice staff. Got some take out and spent a very enjoyable evening with Emily on the porch. Late check out.
Disliked: Breakfast needs a boost. Pastries, bread, fruit, instant oatmeal. Coffee, hot tea and orange juice. No butter for 3 days. One guest went and bought some herself.

Liked: The property is beautiful. Between our booking and our stay there was management change. There were evident growing pains. Full breakfast became a poorly serviced continental breakfast (no knives, no butter, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful.
