Fine stay

Liked: Clean LocationCoffee machine Air conditioning
Disliked: Staff could be more helpful with luggage( at least offer). Our basement room was small but clean. We had heavy bags and when u take the elevator down … u then have to go up 3 stairs. Thankfully some other guests helped us with our bags.

Amsterdam was great but hotel...

Liked: Staff were nice
Disliked: Promised a cot but when I arrived was told there isn’t one available. They said they messaged me to let me know but I didn’t receive any messages. Requested a room with fridge but the fridge didn’t work. My baby’s milk went off.
