Friendly welcome, comfortable and central...

Liked: Wonderful welcome from Cash and the crew and they certainly made to feel at ‘home’. It was well located, characterful, clean and nice linen on the beds. Nice lounge area with magazines and books.
Disliked: We liked mostly everything. We thought the bedroom was on the small side but adequate.

A delightful small hotel in...

Liked: Such a great little hotel, lots of thoughtful touches, so clean and very helpful and friendly staff. I travelled as a solo traveller so my room was small, but had everything I needed. Complimentary breakfast of coffee and pastries in the lovely little sitting room / reception area was appreciated. Great location near Pimlico tube on the Victoria line.
Disliked: Can’t really fault it. I am very tall so only just for the bed but it wasn’t an issue.

Clean comfortable, excellent location and...

Liked: The staff at Melita were exceptional, polite and very happy to help with anything. It is a rare to find staff in London hotels this helpful! We had a very clean and comfortable room in the basement - which was great as it was much cooler down there in a London heatwave! Every thing was clean, quiet, the beds comfortable and the shower room with plenty of space.Coffee and pastries in the morning was a lovely touch and very welcome for a busy visitor keen to get out and enjoy all that London has to offer.
