Liked: Very friendly staff! We appreciated the free coffee and pastries in the morning! It was a pleasure to "live" the hotel for these few minutes and have a talk with the staff! Very Very nice!!
Disliked: Maybe I can suggest to put some hangers for jackets at the entrance of the room. And also change the night table on the side of the closet since it's difficult to open it!Anyway ok for a few days stay!

Liked: Really close to Victoria bus station, clean, very helpful staff, allowed to leave luggage free of charge

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful plus the location was good for the purpose of our stay.
Disliked: The room looked very tired, the mattress so old that the springs were digging into the hips. You could hear every word and movement from people next door, even the toilet flushes. There was a strange smell in the bathroom and the shower pressure was super low.

Liked: Room was clean and cosy, location is perfect - 15-20 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey, 15 minutes by bus to Trafalgar square. There was a complimentary breakfast - pastries and coffee/tea, which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay here when coming to London again.
Disliked: I could hear very well when next room door was opened and closed, felt as if it was the door of my room. Was not a big problem though.
