Beautiful hotel and lovely staff

Liked: Everything inside the hotel was beautiful and luxury. The lounge area we had access to made the trip for us to be able to meet our friends for a drink before heading out. Staff were so incredibly friendly.
Disliked: Limited plug sockets, the only 2 near the mirror were to close to the work surface I couldn’t plug my Dyson hair dryer in, and I could just about plug my other hair tools, but it bent my cables and couldn’t fully push them in. We could not hear anything in the rooms either side, however got woken 4 times in the night by people down the corridor, it seemed to echo in our room and they were directly outside.

Liked: It's was a decent room with great facilities.
Disliked: The room was dusty. Also the breakfast didn't have many choices. After staying for 3 days I'd love to have some changing options

Disliked: was not the most convient location for underground stations based off my in town destinations.
