Beautiful hotel with the best...
Liked: This is a fantastic hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect being so close to Euston station and surrounding area. Great Portland Street and Warren Street tube stations are very short walks from it making it a great base to see London. It was a very comfortable and stylish room and the decor is really lovely. It’s so clean too. The biggest stand out is the politeness and friendly ness of the staff. Plus it’s certainly easier on the pocket than hotels closer to the river.
Disliked: Nothing.

Friendly and efficient large hotel
Liked: Staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Room decor bright, whole hotel feels efficient given how large and busy it is. Superb location, in a quiet corner but just off main roads, next to Regent's Park and close to lots public transport
Disliked: Far too much sound came through from next door room. Air conditioning was OK but not very effective.

Good location, poor service.
Liked: I booked this room for my husband and daughter who were going to a concert at Wembley. The location was great for this. I’m also told the hotel had a good breakfast (price of which was not incl in the room, but it was worth paying for apparently).
Disliked: The booking was for a double twin room. When they arrived before check in it was realized that the room held for them had a single double bed. They were told this would be fixed (beds would be seperated) before check in. They came back at check in and it wasn’t fixed, but we’re checked in and told it would be fixed before they headed out for their concert. It wasn’t. They were then told it would be fixed by the time they got back from their concert. When they arrived back around midnight it still wasn’t fixed. I hear that it took several phone calls with reception until about 1am, when a staff member finally just escorted them to a new double twin room that had apparently been available the whole time). Needless to say, the way this was managed was not impressive.
