Liked: We like the location with a tube station just outside and the Regent's park within a 2-minute walk. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the bar area.

Liked: The walk to the locations we needed to go was very close. The second room we were placed in was clean.
Disliked: Our first room was not cleaned at all. There were dirty towels on the floor, the bed wasn't made, and old food was in different areas of the room. The staff said they upgraded out room but that was not true. They moved us to the exact same room. They offered us breakfast but for an oversight like this, I expected more. They also charged us a surcharge on checkout. I feel this should have been compensated for the initial mess up.

Liked: The Hotel was fabulous. Room was excellent with a ginormous bed. It was extremely quiet yet in an fabulous location. The Level package was exceptional. We’ll be booking this hotel every time we’re in London!

Liked: The hotel is located in a very accessible area, with good tube connections and popular landmarks within a walkable distance. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was sizeable, clean and
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooms adjoined another and there was little-to-no sound-proofing. Even other guests talking at a normal volume could be heard clearly as if they were in the room with you, which made the room especially difficult to relax or sleep in. For that reason alone, we would never choose to return. If you want privacy and/or comfort, I would avoid unless steps are made by the hotel to address this. We did raise this with the staff, and they were apologetic, but for a one night stay, we left more tired than when we arrived!
