Elegant hotel with amazing staff!!

Liked: The location was handy for central London..we didn't avail of breakfast
Disliked: I was happy with everything.We were upgraded to "The Level"v.i.p. check in upon arrival and I received birthday cake in my room which was a lovely touch!!!

Liked: Location and room decor.
Disliked: Quilts were too small for the bed. Feather mattress topper allowed the feather bones to poke through which was a little uncomfortable, but definitely not a desl breaker.

Overall we had a lovely...

Liked: The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area are excellent very well trained and good at their job. The buffet breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good
Disliked: The mattress was lumpy and needs replacing. False fire alarm went off during our stay (understand these things happen) however, I phoned reception twice to see if all was in order and was cut off twice without speaking to someone so felt there was a very little communication as to what was happening, hence, we got up earlier than we intended.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is well located and very close to Regent Street. Rooms are very well renovated, although they were small.
Disliked: Very noisy. The first night I was in a nice room but it was situated on the 1st floor. I woke up at 7am to a very strong noise of moving chairs and tables. After I complained, they moved me to the 6th floor but I still woke up to the noise of cleaning ladies and trolleys.
