Liked: The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, the room windows opened, the lighting and climate controls were good, appreciated the number of outlets, and the fridge and coffee setup. When I highlighted issues, the staff responded promptly. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 minute walk from a good tube stop but exceedingly quiet for how central it is. Exceedingly walkable location for Euston, UCL, the museums, Marylebone, Baker Street, Regents Park and down to Oxford Street. Cafes and groceries very close by on Great Portland Street, good shopping and dining on Marylebone High Street. The lobby, bars, snack bar, and restaurant all have a very positive feel, and it is a lively hotel with lots of Spanish travelers. There were four lifts, so no waiting.
Disliked: The bedside tables had a nonsensical design, a round tabletop within a hollow square frame (a solid circle within an empty square). This was an open invitation to drop things onto the floor, as happened when I spilled my coffee. The bedside lamps did not all work, and there was no remote control for the television in the room. Overall the rooms felt modern but already maybe a bit tired in design. The toilet ran unless jiggled. Having said that, I raised some of these concerns and they were acted on immediately. Basically I think I caught them at a busy time over Easter. Would stay there again, for the price and the location.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. We had a lovely fruit platter awaiting us upon arrival.
Disliked: Be prepared the standard room is tiny
