Liked: Hotel for company meeting etc . Nothing spraviam. Photos on web ale luxusy apartmens of couurse normal room is very smal. For 1 day ok. Far aws to city centrerwith bolt abou 16 eur. Not cheap this hotel is nothing you must in lide se

Good hotel, but can improve...

Liked: The hotel itself is very nice and the room is extremely comfortable, but being very honest we were very disappointed with the restaurante 57. It was my wife birthday and I contacted the restaurant in advance asking about our gluten and lactose intolerance and it was said it could be managed, but when we got there, the waiter just said they could not manage anything and we had to choose the only plate that we could eat and not adaptations could not be done at all. A second negative point was that the breakfast itself did not really look like a 5* breakfast (we were in the most expensive room which had access to a more exclusive breakfast at 57 floor). Also, we had access to the lounge, which had very few options. The room service also did not know anything about food intolerances. The gym was quite small for the hotel category. We had a good experience, but could be much better. The hotel could improve a lot and be an amazing place as they already have a very beautiful building with nice rooms.

Liked: Nice hotel, with an amazing view! Interesting experience. But the food, even though it was fine dinning, it was a bit too expensive for what it offered. Also we requested a room with two beds, but received one with a double bed. The shower had a very nice design, but the water couldn’t be drained because the shower was clogged. Anyway, the potential is huge, but there were a few things that shadowed an amazing experience.
