Liked: This place was so great. From early check in to giving us an hour in a room to shower and refresh f before leaving for the airport - it was just a really hospitable friendly hotel. Location was great - the view over the pool is great. It’s been really hot and it’s a good 15 minute walk into the centre which was a struggle but would have been easy if it wasn’t so scorching and is amongst some of the lovely parks of Seville so can’t complain. Location is also close to the guided bus stops, trams and bus station. We had a room with a terrace which was great. The set up of the room was more like a small flat and came with a bath which is a bonus for us. Such a great hotel and good value for money.
Disliked: The pool is great but the sun bed hoarders who lay their towels down and possibly go out for the day needs to be managed. It’s not really fair and it’s so hot this time of year that it feels unjust that this isn’t managed properly. Not sure what the resolution would be but I think it does need to be managed better.

Liked: the hotel is very nice. i did an overnight stay for a concert. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The service in pool area was a little slow, but everything else was fine. The food was good and the lobby bar was very nice also. would defiently stay again

Exceeded expectations, beautiful hotel in...

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We picked this hotel as we wanted a five night city break but with the option to chill out round the pool for some days. This was the most central hotel which looked like it had a decent sized pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and comfy places to chill out round the pool, staff are so helpful (special shoutout to the lady who works as the pool concierge) and we felt the pool food and drinks menus were surprisingly well priced for such a nice hotel. Terrace room was lovely and spacious and had everything you could need (loved the complimentary Rituals products!). Lobby area was beautiful and hotel is so clean throughout. Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Espana and 20 min walk to the cathedral area or 40 mins walk to bar/club area. Not sure about the public transport options as Uber was super cheap from hotel to the centre if you didn't want to walk in the heat. Our flight home wasn't until 8pm - they do offer late checkout but were fully booked for our room type so they gave us options of paying a fee and moving to another room or you can book a courtesy room with reception to go freshen up, take a shower etc. at the end of the day before you leave. This was at no extra cost and was a fantastic amenity that topped off a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Really minor but terrace rooms on the non-pool side don't keep the sunlight for as long. Unfortunately, none were available on the pool side for our stay but definitely worth a request for anyone who wants to enjoy the sunshine from their terrace.

Strange workers in the bar,...

Liked: Absolutely loved the pool, and the system with the towels made things very easy. A huge plus because of all the lounging space, which made it always possible to find a spot by the pool. The rooms were also spotless, the beds always pristine and the housekeepers truly have an eye for detail.
Disliked: What really brought down the experience for me, was the horrible treatment by the poolside bar-staff. One night I went to the bar to read and have a drink, waiting for my friend. First of all, they acted very strange that I just wanted a drink, even though it's a bar? Secondly no one came to attend me, even though there were only like 7 tables with people and 3 workers. But fair enough, so I went up to the bar. There I had to wait once again till the bartender finished making a ton of drinks before being able to order. Which also would be fine, if they acknowledged my existence. But they didn't. In the end I gave up and went back to my table, and so after around 20 minutes since my arrival they came and brought me the glass of wine I asked for. And all of this can be explained in things being busy and all, even though it didn't seem that way. But what was insane to me, is that once my friend arrived to join me, they were at the table in the same second and he got his order within 30 seconds of being there. So it felt like very unfair treatment, just because I was a woman? Because I was there alone, at that moment? I don't know, but it really destroyed that experience for me. The new guy in the bar was really kind though, on the other days when I came to order he was the only one who didn't pretend not to see me.
