It was a wonderful experience.

Liked: The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel was very clean. My daughter's birthday was during our stay. They put a bunch of balloons and a cake in the room for her. I was also worried that not knowing much French would be a problem. 95% of the staff at the hotel that we interacted with spoke pretty good English.
Disliked: I thought the breakfast was overpriced for what it was.⁸

Liked: in front of metro station line 1!
Disliked: The staff, especially the receptionist, is not professional. If you are not white or European, expect strange behavior. I read it in the previous comments, but I didn't take it seriously—it is real! and really disappointed me at the beginning of my travel! I told the manager there, but he refused to accept the unprofessional behavior of his team!The bed sheets were not clean at all, and they did not change them in the whole six days we were there! I will attach the photo!there aren't any amenities, and you have to order one by one through the app!You cannot find a taxi there, and if you want to get an Uber, you cannot get it in front of the hotel door, and you have to go to level -2 to the other street!the shower pressure is low! the bathroom has NO FAN! The air conditioner is not working!I paid in advance by booking, but the hotel charged me extra for city tax since I stayed for 6 days! and they did not tell me about it and just charged my credit card.
