Her service was nothing short of superb: warm, patient, and genuinely caring. As a guest, I even noticed how gracefully she handled other visitors – including those making demanding or entitled requests. That level of professionalism and restraint is truly rare!Riva went above and beyond by arranging a room with a beautiful view for us. After a long journey, that simple gesture made our entire day (and stay!). Relaxing, comfortable and recharged.

Liked: Staff were really accommodating and so helpful. I had missed my flight back to South Africa and when they noticed how distressed I was they gave me a beautiful room that had a lovely view. They allowed me to check out later they did charge a fee for thy but it was so worth it. Really had a great stay.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the Melia Lisboa Oriente Hotel. The hotel was wonderful. Great view from our room and excellent service. The location was close to the train station and airport. We hope return in the future. Thanks for a great time!!!
