Disliked: Subject: Extremely Disrespectful Experience at Meliá Frankfurt CityTo whom it may concern,I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Meliá Frankfurt City.From the moment I arrived, I was treated with clear disrespect by the front desk staff. During check-in, they insisted multiple times that my stay had not been paid, even after I presented solid proof of payment. I was spoken to with suspicion and arrogance, as if I were trying to deceive the hotel — which is absolutely unacceptable.It became very clear that I was being judged and treated unfairly simply for being Brazilian. This discriminatory attitude was present in the way staff looked at me, talked to me, and constantly questioned everything I said — while other guests were treated with politeness and efficiency.The experience left me feeling humiliated and completely unwelcome.A hotel of this category should not tolerate xenophobia, rudeness, or blatant prejudice from its team.I hope this message is taken seriously. Disliked: I could not turn off the buzzing sound of the air condition. Try sleeping with that all night long after a red-eye flight and all-day-meetings plus a busy day ahead.
