Great hotel, but you may...

Liked: It's a lovely hotel. My "what didn't you like" post below may be long, but it's not to be taken as an overall criticism. Yes we had problems, but anyone can make a mistake. It's how it's dealt with that matters, and the hotel did well. The room, the staff, the kid's club, and the location were all superb. A big thanks to the guy on the door at breakfast for finding me the vegan food, Beatrice and the girl who checked me in on reception - thanks for being so understanding about my frustration at the two hour delay to check in, and the really friendly guy on the lobby bar on Sunday lunch, you made the stay memorable!
Disliked: We had an issue at check in, where our room wasn't ready at the three o' clock check in time. It actually wasn't ready till after five, which is probably the longest delay I've ever had for a room. (Imagine if you checked out two hours after check out time- they would charge you an entire day more, apparently not the same in reverse

Liked: breakfast are 9 out of 10, really good.check in, check out - very good 10 points.
Disliked: just two things for improvement.1.Room service. it is rating 3 aut of 10. I will put it back in restaurant.we have ordered with chicken and also with prawns. both are bad. please, please earse that from your menu.2.We have ordered from the phone cream to coffee. it came after 3 calls (after 40 minutes). Funny thing was, that one day there were 2 creams, another day 4, another none, etc... Checking list probably does not work.
