Liked: I really love the room so spacious and its so near at all the attractions and the metros are so close

Liked: Everything was really nice. The Lounge facility was excellent and the breakfast very good.
Disliked: We asked for 2 twin rooms but were allocated just one twin and one double.

This hotel was perfectly located...

Liked: The Tapas Bar/Restaurant. Well appointed and excellent service. A gentle place to end the day if a large dinner is not needed.

Super location, clean and quiet....

Liked: Excellent location. Clean quiet rooms ( we were at the inside, facing a patio) The combination of having a quiet room in the middle of all Berlin has to offer was a great experience.
Disliked: I checked out on my phone, said we would be leaving at 10 AM. Apparently the staff received the message that we would be checking out but did not receive/ did not read the time, because at 9 they already knocked on our door. So lesson learned, even though the app offers the possibility of indicating the exact time, do not trust this will be noticed. Also I am not a fan of showering in the bathtub. Lastly, the outlet by the bed was a bit of a challenge but we got it working in the end.
